Hi there! Welcome to my first ever blog (that is, if you don’t count the Xanga I had as a high school senior –  and believe me – I don’t!) I have been reading tons of different blogs for years now, but always felt a little intimidated about writing my own. Is my life interesting at all? Would anyone but my mom even care to read? What if I overshare?

However, I’m putting my doubts aside and jumping in headfirst! My husband Sam and I are expecting our first child in September, and I really wanted a place to record all the fun and excitement. Even if only my mom reads, at least it will make her super happy! So, here we go!
